Job: Customer Experience Manager

Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 p.a (Depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Customer Experience Specialist who is looking to continue your career with an established and exciting Sheffield business?

Are you an exceptional communicator, whom enjoys building and developing client relationships?

Do you have a basic understanding of IT hardware and software?

Do you come from a customer focused role (B2B) currently and want a career with the potential for growth and development?

 

The Role:

As my client's Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be responsible for proactively managing and contacting the business client base to promote Customer Service Excellence.

 

You’ll support the internal team by carrying out service reviews with clients, gaining feedback and supporting customers who have raised an issue.

 

Key Functions:

  • Performing regular service reviews with clients over the phone and at customers premises.
  • Being the first point of contact for the clients and being there when they need you.
  • Managing the support renewals and drafting new agreements.
  • Dealing with client issues and complaints.
  • Coordinating the required response to any issues with the support of the internal teams.
  • Working with the internal teams to continue to improve the customer's experience.

 

 

About You:

Do you have the following skills and experience?

·         Experience in a Customer focused role from a business perspective. (B2B)

·         A great communicator, with the ability to listen and take on board what clients are saying.

·         Ability to work as part of a team.

·         Being organised and able to follow processes.

·         Display a tireless work ethic.

·         Relationship building skills.

·         Some knowledge of IT software and hardware. (You are not expected to be an IT guru but some would be helpful)

 

 

The Benefits:

The successful candidate for this role will receive a competitive salary between £22,000 to £24,000 (dependent on experience). Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 am till 5:30 pm. Free parking and Westfield healthcare plan are just some of the perks.
