Proactively identify technical support issues.
Log and monitoring all issues.
Active Directory and Office 365 maintenance and administration.
Software installations/ updating software.
Resolve, or escalate as required, all technical issues appropriately.
Provide outstanding telephone customer service.
Providing first class customer service and maintaining customer relationships.
Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
Passionate about technolohgy, keen to learn and to progress.
Experience working with Windows desktop environments (7, 8, 10)
Experience with PC hardware and software.
Back-up administration & troubleshooting
Windows server and Active Directory support.
Some knowledge of networking.
Some experience with Exchange and Office 365.
